Once the details are finalized, a deposit secures your date, with the balance due before the event.
4. Delivery & Setup
Our team handles delivery, setup, and testing to ensure everything runs flawlessly. We arrive early and manage all technical aspects.
5. Onsite Support
During your event, our staff will guide participants, manage the sim(s), and keep the experience smooth, fun, and fully operational.
6. Teardown & Wrap-Up
