Ordering & Customization
Each unit is fully assembled and tested before delivery. It includes the RF3 chassis, racing seat, monitor, wheelbase, pedals, PC, keyboard, speakers, and all necessary accessories—pre-configured and ready to drive.
Yes. Our BESPOKE line offers full customization, including seat type, paint finish, hardware, upholstery, and add-ons like motion or VR. We’ll collaborate with you directly to bring your vision to life.

Shipping & Delivery
Simulators ship fully assembled in a secure wooden crate via liftgate truck. Crate dimensions are approx. 73" x 40" x 38", with a total shipping weight of about ~225kg (500 lbs).
The system is approximately 165 cm (65 in) long by 75 cm (30 in) wide and weighs about 72 kg (160 lbs). Please ensure your space can accommodate these dimensions through doorways, hallways, and stairways.
Yes. The crate must be received and unpacked by two able-bodied adults. We recommend inspecting the crate for damage before opening and reporting any issues immediately with photos.
Yes. White-glove delivery includes unboxing, setup, connection, basic training, and functional testing. It must be scheduled in advance and carries an additional charge.
If the simulator needs to be partially disassembled to fit into a space, white-glove service is required at an additional cost.
Please ensure:

A clear and unobstructed path from the unloading point to the setup area.

Minimum doorway width of 75 cm (30 in).

If access involves tight turns, narrow hallways, or stairs, let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Setup & Requirements
Approximately 1.5 hours for standard setup. We recommend allowing at least 2 hours before scheduling any racing sessions or events.

A standard 110V household outlet within 6 feet of the setup location.

A stable Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection is required for updates, licensing, and online functionality.

No. MYSIM units are designed strictly for indoor, climate-controlled environments.
Support & Care
We offer remote support via phone, video call, or TeamViewer. On-site support is available by special arrangement for events or troubleshooting.
You'll need a metric Allen key set, a 19mm wrench (for levelling feet), and a 13mm wrench (for seat bolts).
